Sarayana Master Class @ Charleston Community Yoga
Enjoy a slow, purposeful and personal practice that is fundamentally therapeutic even when it is physically challenging. Both Yin (passive) and Yang (effortful) types of movement will be explored with focus on a formal meditation in this 2 hour, seasonally inspired master class.
Expect discussion, partner work PLUS meditation & breathwork in every class.
