Yin-Vinyasa Teacher Training: Intro to the Sarayana Method

This 5 day residential retreat is for teachers already certified in Vinyasa Yoga who want to expand their offerings and skill set as well as reconnect to the feminine aspects of Yin as a counter balance in practice as well as life. We will begin the study of Yin/Yang relationships in movement, ways of seeing our students more fully, and how to sequence using the Sarayana Yoga lens. Both an educational experience and an opportunity to unplug and reconnect to the natural world, this program will create lasting change for the attendees.
